RUSTIN BRUNSON

Rustin has appeared in courtrooms and board rooms throughout the country. For him, very few things compare to the excitement of being in front of a judge and jury, and he remains committed to perfecting his craft. Rustin has used his passion for the courtroom to gain extensive jury trial experience, a rarity among civil attorneys. He has represented clients in state and federal courts ranging in matters from breach of contract to complex litigation, even high stakes criminal defense cases. 

 

Outside of the courtroom, he has a proven track record of managing his client’s risk while putting them in position to take advantage of opportunities to grow their business and their personal net worth.   He has structured numerous private equity offerings and has expertise advising clients on multi-million dollar mergers and acquisitions.

 

Prior to forming Brunson Law, Rustin worked for the Law Offices of Orsen E. Paxton, III, P.C. and for the Jim Ross Law Group, P.C. as a Senior Trial Attorney. While there he received first chair jury trial experience in civil and criminal cases, broadening his experience even further. Rustin was responsible for an extensive caseload, supervising junior attorneys and support staff to achieve client satisfaction and profitability.

Rustin lives in Mansfield with his wife Amanda and their two beautiful daughters.
